| TESTIMONIALS Brenda Batty Fitness is important to me because at 50 I was seriously thinking of quitting showing horses competitively as my lack of power and stamina was seriously affecting my riding. I tried different modes of exercise and fitness routines but did not feel I was getting the neccesary results. Then I discovered Rhonda and Lifefit. Now at 54 I feel better than I have in years. I have lots of energy to go all day and the power and stamina needed to show a cutting horse at the international level in which I wish to compete. Rhonda motivates and educates her clients. I now the tools to be truly fit for life. Nicole McLeod I have been a part of the LIFE FIT program since July 2009 and since joining the program I have increased my endurance, agility and glee level by 100%!!! There are several reasons why I like this program and they are listed below: · Enjoyment acquired while / when completing exercise routines · Never boring; every class is different but one thing remains the same – kick “ass” workouts · Good people! I have meet some really great people as a result of attending LIFE FIT · WOW; is how my body feels after participating in these classes · RHONDA is an AWESOME FITNESS LEADER!! She not only has a great attitude but she is a tremendous resource for fitness and diet information. LIFEFIT is not only a challenging and fun program, it is also highly addictive! Geri O'Brien Fitness and athletics have always been a part of my life. However, it wasn't until I had three children within four years, and hired a personal trainer (Rhonda Catt from Catt Conditioning, ever heard of her before) that I realised how little I truely understood about nutrition and fitness, how much I took my body for granted in my twenties, and how I wasn't pushing myself to my full potential. Between my second and third child I built a strong base and was in good shape, therefore my third preganancy was far less painful and uncomfortable. I feel, and I write this 8 weeks post-partem, that I look my best after this birth, being my third, than I did with my other two babies. It also makes a huge difference in dealing with the stresses of motherhood, if I work out I can roll with the punches much better than if I miss a work out. Camilla Howkins I can’t begin to say enough good things about Lifefit and the positive changes I have made in my life since joining the program two years ago. I feel better, I look better (my skinny jeans told me so!) and I make healthier choices in so many other areas of my life. I work as a local government clerk for Greater Vernon Water (Regional District of North Okanagan) so I am sitting at a desk in front of a computer screen for the majority of my day. Bad posture, poor eating habits, and drained energy levels seem to be common symptoms of working in an office environment. My energy level has skyrocketed especially in the last year and I owe it all to Lifefit. I can honestly say that Lifefit is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. My “favorite” classes are the 6 am classes because I love that I can get a total body workout in before my work day has even started!! Star-jumps, burpees, sprints, skipping, stairs, REAL push-ups – all things that I have a love / hate relationship with, but I know that it works – because it is working – so I continue to do it!! I feel better, I make healthier food choices and I have more energy to get me through my day. When the work day is through, I have the energy (and the time) to do what I want to do. My workout is already done. If you were to ask me what my favorite part of Lifefit is, I would have trouble picking out just one thing. There are so many things that I love about it. I love the people in Lifefit. I love the variety and flexibility of the classes. I love how it makes me feel, especially after a really great class. I love that it works. People tend to look at me a little strange when I say this, but I have never had more fun working out in all my life. Yes, I just said “fun” and “working out” in the same sentence. Rhonda always has something new for us to try so you won’t ever get bored with classes. Her passion for Lifefit never fails to amaze me and you can tell this by the time, effort, creativeness, information and motivation that she puts into each and every client and class. It is her very passion for Lifefit that draws people in and keeps them there. At least, that is how it was for me and I doubt that I’m alone on this one. For the first time in my life I actually feel strong, really strong, from the inside out. For the first time I can do push-ups, real push-ups...and a lot of them, even when I think I couldn’t possible do one more. This and so many other movements I would have never dreamed I would or could be doing. For the first time I am getting the results that I want. Working out in a group has been very rewarding as well. The accountability to a group program has been a big source of motivation for me. I think most people join Lifefit with the goal to get in shape, have more energy and live a healthier lifestyle. Once people have their foot in the door, I think they are surprised by how much fun this program is and how much they will get out of it. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about Lifefit, except that anyone not in it is really missing out. What are you waiting for? Liz Stanley Fun, Friendship & Fitness – it’s hard to imagine that exercising can incorporate all of these factors, but I can assure you that joining LifeFit has given me an abundance of all three of these. Joining LifeFit has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I joined a year and a half ago, and haven’t looked back. It was a tough road at the beginning, I won’t lie. I hadn’t exercised for quite a few years, and my job entails sitting in front of a computer for hours in a day. Making the first step took a few months. The classes were not like any other programs I had attended, but Rhonda made sure to let me know that I had to work at my own pace. With perserverence and Rhonda’s motivation, I began to surpass personal goals. I started signing up for more classes in a week, and even though I’d wake up sore, I knew I had done something great for my body. I’m building muscle, core strength and had many laughs along the way. I think that is what makes this program so great – the people you meet are in it for the same reason. We don’t look at each other in comparison, we support each others milestones. The classes are not repetitious, and Rhonda uses her imagination to set up “Fun Days” as well. We’ve also brought our families & spouses on occasion, so they could see why we enjoy LifeFit so much! If you are thinking of joining us, I wouldn’t recommend coming to watch because it might scare you hahaha. You have to give it a try, and experience it all. It won’t be easy if you are starting from square one, but I assure you, after six months you’ll be wondering why you hadn’t started a lot sooner! I’m it for the long haul!! Thank you so much Rhonda for everything you give us! |
| Rhonda, you remind me of the Canadian dude that won gold, he said he wanted to make a difference in people lives but he wasn't able to do that by being a doctor, so he decided to do it through an alternative venue, sports. His goal is to inspire people to help make their lives better. That is so you!! Way to be a positive role model. Nadine |
