testing '04-'05 University of Maine - Hockey
Rhonda was fortunate to work on the series filmed in
Vernon.  Twist Conditioning took charge of the fitness
training and evaluation of the players and Rhonda
worked as part of the Twist Conditioning team.  It was
a long day - over 11 hours of testing but well worth it!  
You really do forget the cameras are there.  The level
of conditioning was amazing!
